Art has been a lifelong passion for me. I was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana, where the landscapes and the influence of Charles M. Russell shaped my early artistic imagination. Today, I live in Sheridan, Wyoming, and continue to draw inspiration from the outdoors—whether I’m hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, or traveling to new places.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from the University of Wyoming and now teach art for Sheridan County School District 2. Teaching keeps me connected to the curiosity and joy that first sparked my love for creating.

I work in a variety of media, but I’m most comfortable capturing the natural world in oil paints. My subjects often include nature scenes, fish, and western imagery. Painting remains my favorite form of self‑expression—my “happy place.” I also explore more unconventional work, such as painting skulls I find while hiking on my family’s ranch and creating jewelry from repurposed silver spoons, each piece carrying its own story.

I approach life with a sense of adventure and gratitude, and I hope that the joy I find in the world around me shines through in every piece I create.
